Dr. Leticia Ramirez, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Leticia Ramirez is an audiologist with over five years of experience supporting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HOH) community. Her career began as a D/HOH educator, where her passion for helping individuals navigate communication challenges led her to pursue a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Salus University at Drexel University. Since then, she’s worked in diverse clinical settings—from ENT clinics to hospitals—gaining hands-on experience in diagnosing hearing loss and vestibular disorders, as well as fitting the latest hearing technologies.
Blending her background in education with clinical expertise, Dr. Ramirez offers a personalized approach to care that goes beyond the audiogram. She’s especially skilled at helping individuals bridge the gap between hearing loss and daily life—whether in the classroom, workplace, or at home. Her goal is simple: to help people connect with their loved ones and live with greater confidence and independence.
Ashley Jumbo
Patient Care Coordinator
I love making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Whether I’m helping schedule appointments, answering questions, or just sharing a friendly conversation, I’m all about creating a positive experience from start to finish. I truly enjoy connecting with people and making each visit feel personal and stress-free.
I’m passionate about being part of a team that helps improve people’s hearing and quality of life—it’s incredibly rewarding to see the difference we make every day. I believe a good attitude can brighten anyone’s day.
Outside the office, I’m always keeping busy with the things that I love most—reading, baking, and cooking. I love sharing baked goodies with friends and family.
